Annex 2 to Seventh U.S. Army G-2 Section Report of Operations, May 8, 1945–March 31, 1946

This series consists of electronic messages (cables) received by the G-2 Section, Headquarters, Seventh U.S. Army, Western Military District, as well as weekly intelligence bulletins and summaries, counter-intelligence reports published by the section, and a narrative history. Organization charts and names of key personnel in each staff section are included. Included is a published report, "Dachau," on daily life and conditions at the Dachau concentration camp, with an account of the camp's liberation. A list of German political parties and other political organizations is also included. The records comprise Annex 2 to the G-2 Report of Operations. The records were compiled by the Seventh U.S. Army Historical Section and maintained by the Historical Division.
